Position Account Manager
Location: Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage partner channels assigned by management, while developing tailored strategic solutions for key partners;
- Develop relationships and expand new markets, handling and processing customer inquiries and requests;
- Execute sales activities, and monitor and facilitate the signing of sales contracts;
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets;
- Ensure all transactions comply with company/group policies and procedures;
- Perform other business-related tasks as directed by the department head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- More than 2 years of experience in sales working with customers in the IT industry;
- Proactive and determined to achieve sales targets;
- Knowledge of security products and services or IT solutions;
- Strong negotiation skills are preferred, along with presentation and communication skills;
- Effective problem-solving skills preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence.
