Position Account Manager

Location: Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage partner channels assigned by management, while developing tailored strategic solutions for key partners;
  • Develop relationships and expand new markets, handling and processing customer inquiries and requests;
  • Execute sales activities, and monitor and facilitate the signing of sales contracts;
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets;
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company/group policies and procedures;
  • Perform other business-related tasks as directed by the department head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • More than 2 years of experience in sales working with customers in the IT industry;
  • Proactive and determined to achieve sales targets;
  • Knowledge of security products and services or IT solutions;
  • Strong negotiation skills are preferred, along with presentation and communication skills;
  • Effective problem-solving skills preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence.
