Position: Product Manager
Location: Thành phố Hà Nội
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vendors on sales plans in terms of sell-in and sell-thru.
- Manage the Team to execute the sales plan for reaching the target assigned
- Set selling prices
- Build and carry out Marketing programs to drive sales and enhance brand awareness, including product training seminars or customer events.
- Building relationships with partners (brand representatives, customers, SI…)
Requirements:
- At least 03 years of experience in distribution service (preferably channel sales). Direct experience in the industry of ICT, security products (endpoint, firewall, IPS…) is an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of supply, product, and vendor Management
- Proven contract negotiation skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of gathering, processing, updating, and organizing information effectively; skilled in planning and executing tasks systematically.
- Proactive and cooperative; able to perform well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
- Able to develop effective strategies and action plans tailored to business goals and management needs.
- Agile in handling issues, with a direct and transparent communication style
