Position: Sales Manager

Location: Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Responsibilities:

  • Find customers and create new business opportunities in the assigned marketment.
  • Schedule and present solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to develop solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and cost estimates for projects.
  • Work with vendors to meet customers and introduce solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize workshops.
  •   Coordinate with vendors to obtain support letters and necessary documents for partners to prepare bidding dossiers.
  •  Implement internal business proposals.
  •  Review progress, status, and action plans for projects.
  •  Meet and exceed the assigned business performance targets.
  • Manage the sales team and report on the team’s performance and activities to the Sales Director.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Tertiary education in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position
  • Prior experience in IT channel distribution is an advantage.
  • 3 or more years of experience in the IT sector will be considered for applicants without relevant qualifications.
  • Have experience in team management
  • Team player with a dynamic personality and ability to influence.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, with a natural drive for business goals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with different parties.
  • Independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
