Position: Sales Manager
Location: Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
Responsibilities:
- Find customers and create new business opportunities in the assigned marketment.
- Schedule and present solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team to develop solutions.
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for projects.
- Work with vendors to meet customers and introduce solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize workshops.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain support letters and necessary documents for partners to prepare bidding dossiers.
- Implement internal business proposals.
- Review progress, status, and action plans for projects.
- Meet and exceed the assigned business performance targets.
- Manage the sales team and report on the team’s performance and activities to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- Degree/Tertiary education in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position
- Prior experience in IT channel distribution is an advantage.
- 3 or more years of experience in the IT sector will be considered for applicants without relevant qualifications.
- Have experience in team management
- Team player with a dynamic personality and ability to influence.
- Results-oriented, proactive, with a natural drive for business goals.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with different parties.
- Independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
